Our objective is to participate in projects with objective to boost smart usage of Public Private Partnership (PPP), Public procurement of Innovative Solutions and Goods ( PPI) and Pre-commercial Procurement (PcP) by local, regional and national public administrations. Development of “hard” innovation infrastructure (including i.e. broadband infrastructure, or smart grids) is the core enabler for innovative solutions deployment. We trust usage of PPP will leverage public funding, bring valuable expertise to the project for all project life phases ( development, build and operation) and will speed up deployment of those infrastructures. Additionally we trust PPI and PcP is increasing innovativeness in our regions as thanks to this, also public customers can be driving force for the innovation and research.
